It goes without saying that people don’t stop to smell the roses enough these days. Lives have become increasingly hectic and stress levels are at an all time high. But when we’re always going, going, going, we don’t have time to stop and really enjoy what we have in our lives. Relaxation and ‘me’ time is so important to your overall well-being and mental state that we all should really take a few moments each day to take a breather and just chill.

As I was getting my monthly facial at Facelogic last week (yes we do get monthly facials too), I was really thinking about the whole concept of relaxation. After having a busy couple of weeks prior to my facial appointment, I was not my usual high-energy self. You can imagine our excitement last night when we saw the likes of Sandra Bullock, Meryl Streep and Sarah Jessica Parker looking gorgeous, age appropriate and with beautiful, flawless skin! What’s the secret to looking beautiful as you age? Keeping your skin in shape!
